Mentoring Program

    A year round program designed for boys and girls in middle school to high school. Classes are organized into 4 levels and taught by an experienced person in that subject. Orientation will be conducted at the beginning of the 1st session. After signing up on line any required forms or information will be provided to the parents during orientation.

    Classes are organized into ten (10) skill levels and taught by an experienced PGA golf professional. All students start at level (1) and advance to the next level only by passing a challenge test to assess their mastery of that particular level.

    Location will be announced. Each student will attend 4 weeks, 2 hour session on Saturdays from 9 to 11.

    Classes will include basic skills, etiquette, finances,developmental math, and wellness.

    All students are required to wear appropriate footwear(no slippers, or flip flops). All skirts and tops must cover the midriff at all times. No tank tops, no spaghetti straps, no off the shoulder, no cut offs, no low cut shirts or back out shirts. Young men must wear button down shirts. All pants must fit at the waist. No sagging or low riding permitted.

    Mentors for the classes will be Kimberly Sterling-Etiquette, Basic Skills- Katrece, Finances-Nichol Aldridge, Developmental Math-Kenneth Everette, and wellness & nutrition-Carol Wilson.
